Amidated low methoxyl pectin with salt and calcium. Thickener or gelling agent, especially suited to making glossy gel.

Dose: Neutral nappage 0.5 - 1%, Nappage 1.5 - 2%, Jelly 1.5 - 2%, Custard 1.5 - 2%.
