Customer Service Representative
Entry Level Roll
We are 100% NZ owned and operated, based in Rosedale on Auckland’s North Shore in a modern office environment.
As part of our customer service team we want you to help our customers feel warm and welcomed and that they are in capable hands. Customer service is our top priority and the whole team works to ensure our customers receive premium quality food products and a sterling customer service experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and taking orders/enquiries to a professional standard (face to face, email, phone)
- Processing sales orders and other data processing quickly and accurately
- Opening customer accounts and conducting credit checks
- Providing relevant and timely information for customers
- Providing account managers with information/support when they are on the road
- Providing support to our Christchurch Distribution Centre
You will need to be a people-person who doesn’t mind being “interrupted” by the phone and who enjoys helping customers. This can be a busy role at certain times of the day and seasonally. You will need to have an excellent standard of data entry and be able to work under pressure. You will need to be able to multi-task and follow through each task to completion.
This is an entry level position, but experience in a similar role would be an advantage, along with a knowledge of MYOB. An excellent standard of English is required. We would love someone who has a good sense of humour and gets on well with others.
Please note the role is 40 hours p/week, Monday to Friday start time 7 or 7.30am with a half hour lunch break.

Casual Warehouse Store Person
Reso Fine Foods is a growing company based in Sydenham, Christchurch. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic storeperson with potential who will grow with the company on a casual basis. The following attributes are essential:
- great attention to detail
- a full, clean driver’s license
- the ability to work with others
- enthusiastic
- self-motivated
- reliable and punctual
- the right to work in New Zealand
A fork hoist license would be an added benefit, but not a requirement.
The job will involve:
- Possibly delivering frozen and ambient products to our customers in the Christchurch area, in a small modern truck (can drive on a car license)
- Picking (up to 25kg) of products and packing orders
- Checking incoming stock from overseas
- Checking best-before dates
- Stocktaking
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Other jobs as required.
Hours: casual, on call.
Some of our products are frozen, so you will be required to work in a freezer. We will provide you with the gear required to work in our freezer.
